Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid enrollments with App Platform Nest arranged offline after inquiry through appplatformnest.digital. The website itself does not charge cards or wallets.

1. Eligibility

Refunds are available for paid cohort or Field Review seats when the request meets the timeframe and conditions below. Free previews, complimentary alumni events, and downloadable samples offered without charge are not refundable because no payment was collected.

2. Timeframe

For Ledger Cohort and Audit Nest: full refund requests must reach us at least 14 calendar days before the cohort start date stated on your enrollment confirmation. For Field Review self-paced seats: full refund requests must arrive within 7 calendar days of payment and before more than two feedback rounds have been used.

3. Full and partial refunds

Full refund — when the timeframe above is met and materials access has not been abused (mass downloading beyond personal use).
Partial refund (50%) — if you withdraw after the full-refund window but before the midpoint of a live cohort, and you have not completed more than half of graded artifacts.
After the midpoint of a live cohort, or after a Field Review seat has used both included feedback rounds past the 7-day window, fees are generally non-refundable.

4. Non-refundable items

Private workshop add-ons already delivered; custom template packs produced for your team under Audit Nest after delivery; third-party software licenses; and bank transfer fees charged by your institution.

5. Refund process

Email contact@appplatformnest.digital with subject “Refund request,” your full name, enrollment reference, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and may ask for identity verification matching the payer.

6. Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days using the original payment method when possible, or bank transfer to the payer on record. Currency conversion differences are borne by the payer’s bank.

7. Cancellation by Nest

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra seat fee. If we materially change instructor or schedule, you may request a transfer or refund under the full-refund rules without the 14-day advance requirement.

8. Exceptions

We may grant discretionary exceptions for documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service. Exceptions are not guaranteed and require supporting documentation.
